I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Statistics at Brigham Young University. My areas of research have included causal inference, Bayesian nonparametric methods, nonlinear models, and time-series, applied in projects within the fields of finance, econometrics, healthcare and sports.
I was previously a Lecturer and Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of California, Berkeley, in the Department of Statistics, working with the Causal Inference group. I did my Ph.D. in Statistics at the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business, Department of Information, Risk and Operations Management, under the guidance of Carlos Carvalho.
